Waitress Vanessa is totally rude. No please, no thanks. Then it was said that you "have to" move the car. Drinks and food were placed on the table without paying any attention. You are not asked if you want anything else, luckily another waitress did that

A beautiful and cozy casual dining experience offering a bit of American southwest as well as European cuisine nested in a beautiful and quiet corner overlooking a river and colorful foliage. A heated rustic and covered outdoor and a Contemporary indoor setting is enough to set your worries free and enjoy the company. Your service will be up to standard and depending on whether or not you may be lucky enough to have the employee of the month catering to your needs, your experience will be one to remember.

Absolutely delicious !! Great ambience, great children's corner. The only drawback - on the day of our visit there was a total lack of staff. Relatively long waiting times, we also had to move around once because the tables were not reserved. Despite the stress, our service was very, very friendly and apologized several times regarding waiting times and otherwise did not show the stress.

We reserved a table for 6 people, but when we were there, the waitress received us in an unfriendly manner. When we told her that we had reserved a table, she went in and came back after 5 minutes to tell us that allegedly no table was reserved under the desired name. However, the error did not come from our side. And instead of possibly preferring those who have not reserved a table, we were again rudely asked to queue up and wait. Conclusion: We will neither visit nor recommend this restaurant again.

Even in Corona times, the R-Cafe is well organized according to specifications. The food is delicious and, above all, plentiful for a very moderate price. In any case, price / performance is really good.

Last week I went to dinner at the R Café with a friend. The atmosphere is really great! Right on the water and also a very cozy atmosphere. Our waitress was super friendly, I think her name is Aileen, kudos to such a young waitress! I will definitely come back again!

Nice restaurant and the food was really tasty. I can really recommend the schnitzel and burgers. Even now with Corona, everything was well organized in my opinion. You should definitely go there if you want to eat deliciously.

The waitresses were very incompetent - oh no, we weren't even served. Because instead of serving us, the waitresses chatted with other employees and flirted with guests. We sat almost in the middle and received almost no attention. But the nice ambience saves it to one star.

Nice place, good food and drink. Very nice ambience. Good seating. When it is full you just have to have a little time and patience until the food comes, but the staff is great and always friendly! We like to be there😊

Service extremely unfriendly. I only asked if everything was already full and a waitress said very, very unfriendly, if I couldn't see that it was very full and that I would have to call the next time I want to come. Very bad experience ...

The staff is always very friendly and mostly consists of young girls. They are very committed and quick. The location is good, there are plenty of parking spaces. The food tasted great, the selection was good and sufficient. Payment in cash, by card or mobile phone. The egg's shortcoming .. It is often very, very busy .. But that speaks for the shop 😉

Atmosphere and volume even on the veranda like in a train station. We actually wanted to sit under an umbrella, the first waitress said yes, the second said wait after 10 minutes, that would not work, so we had to go to the uncomfortable "waiting hall" ... small portion of chips for € 4, was not yet times the child of full ... the 1220 is a few meters down the hill, much more comfortable and waitresses who understand their job ....

Nice restaurant next to the Ruhrtalradweg. We enjoyed a lovely lunch consisting of burgers and brilliant salads in a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is very large and very well attended. Cappuccino and coffee very tasty. Cake 🍰 great and especially freshly prepared. Very attentive service 👍 always friendly and with a smile on your face. Prices are normal, cleanliness is good. The only downside 🤷🏼 it is very loud here. Overall, I can recommend it

Good price for the breakfast, but way too few waiters/waitresses for ordering drinks or paying the bill. We've been trying to signal somebody for almost 15 minutes and then had to go to another area to aks if we could pay.

Very big restaurant with in- and out-side tables Good place to go with friends and familly MUST reserve a table if go with big group persons, because is allways full (and you will not get a table and will have to wait alot) The price is normal/to little espensive At mornings bis 12h00 have breakfast buffet/frühstück, and can eat everything

The food tastes great. The prices I find the drinks quite expensive .. For the fries also .. The rooms are great and the toilets are well maintained. Parking is plentiful, but quite crowded. One thing I noticed quite negatively .. A family at the next table was 5 minutes later and ordered later, got the food directly and when they had already eaten it, we got our? .. Funny .. despite that we much sooner I also noticed this with the chocolate shake .. I only thought about 3 stars .. But the staff is very friendly and accommodating, therefore 4 stars. I ask that you keep the order!

This is a must try out on Nehiem. It's the best restaurant in town for traditional German dishes and more.. food is quite tasty and the view by the river is a sight to hold. Gets abit crowded at times but overall it is nice.

Really nice place for breakfast lunch or dinner .. the price is fair. Personal is nice and the location is besides this small river so it offer a nice view .. breakfast is buffet. ..!!

Good atmosphere and nice menu. The food was very good and the service quick. The drinks were of strongly varying quality, depending on who mixed them. Waitress got sarcastic with me when I asked her if the drink was supposed to taste like that (the answer was an obvious 'no', because my friend had the same one half an hour ago).
